A valuable tool to be able to live your dreams I call “Instant Feasibility Assessment Test”. An instant feasibility test won’t necessarily prove whether or not your plan will work, but it will give you an idea of whether your plan has a reasonable chance of succeeding. Now, don’t confuse a reasonable chance of success with being easy.
Reasonable probability only ensures that your plan to achieve your dream appears to be
possible. For example, it doesn’t matter if I decided to exercise and strengthen my legs.
for ten hours a day. There’s just no amount of exercise that allows me to jump
so high that it could land on the moon.
Your dreams may be very elusive, perhaps so elusive that others may think it’s as impossible as jumping into outer space. But the dream must be based on enough reality that you are not kidding yourself.
Again, you don’t need to know for sure that your dream will come true for you, but
you should be able to assess if it is really possible using the Instant Feasibility Assessment
Proof. Here are the steps you will need to follow to complete the test:
Instant Feasibility Assessment Test Procedures:
Step #1: Identify and quantify the dream or goal.
To achieve a dream you must be able to state clearly and concisely what you
your dream is, preferably in one sentence. If you don’t have a very clear and measurable idea
target, it is likely to be flooded. That was definitely my problem when I was
hoping to make money selling fine china.
I didn’t have an exact goal. In that case, perhaps my goal should have been, “I want to make $500 a week all summer selling this company’s fine china door-to-door.” So if you want to be a VIP corporate executive, your goal can’t be, “I want to be a big wig in a big corporation.” It has to be something like, “By the time I’m 45, I want to be the CEO of a public company that has no less than $100 million in annual sales.” So, step one: take a piece of paper and identify and quantify your goal.
Step #2: Determine what actions (in a general sense) will be necessary to achieve the goal.
goal
If I had taken this step when considering the idea of selling fine china, I would have
that to do this job a person would have to realize a lot of cold calls
in doors
In fact, it would probably be as much as 30-50 a day. If I had faced that hard cold
done then, I would have realized that this was not a target with a reasonable probability of
success for me. I just wouldn’t want to accept that kind of rejection every day, at least not
for $500 a week.
With a fair assessment of what it will take to achieve your dream,
you will be able to determine if this is something you can and want to do.
Step #3: Assess how the outside world is likely to respond
An ambitious young man I know decided he wanted to be in business for
the same. He found an opportunity to be a distributor of electric scrolling signs
messages through them. So, she went out and spent his life savings on five of these billboards.
$5,000 each.
He then created an excellent literature to promote them and proceeded to establish
make appointments with small business owners or other professionals such as doctors to present
his signs I was sure I would be a winner. After all, a doctor could have the sign
in his waiting room scribbling a message to let people know if they were backed up, etc.
Unfortunately, no one wanted to spend more than $5,000 on an electronic sign.
So this ambitious man lost all his money, gave up his dreams of being a
entrepreneur and got a corporate job, where he remains today. in the world of
business that they would call this a “market test or market research”. Well, regardless of what your
dream is that you should take a test to know not only that you are willing to do the
work to make your dream come true, but let the world be cooperative.
Again, don’t take this to mean that if there is resistance you should throw
the towel. You just want to make sure that there are no obstacles hindering your sleep.
unattainable due to factors beyond your control. Once you have determined that the dream seems feasible, you can begin the process of making it a reality. If after researching it, you realize that it’s more than difficult…it’s impossible, you should consider adjusting sleep without giving it up altogether.
Making your dreams come true is not easy, but it is possible. Don’t let life pass you by! Dare to live your dreams today.
