With a little time, you can learn how to do mudras. The good news is that it can be done almost anywhere: in the car, at the desk, or on the couch. When the nerve endings are stimulated, it will indicate healing in the area that needs the most healing. It can also be used for health prevention.
The Gyaan Mudra will sharpen your memory and increase the intellect. This will promote happiness. You start to do this by creating an “O” shape with the tip of your index finger and thumb.
